Reporting in the Student Services World
Limited Capacity seats available

Data. Data. Data.

In the student services office we are constantly running reports and validations to ensure student records are up to date. What is the current class rank? Who is or is not on track to graduate? Who has or does not have a passing civics exam? Does the grades tab match the transcript tab?

We’ll look at some beneficial canned reports including (but not limited to) the student (graduation) progress report, class rank, transcript, and cumulative file labels. Ad hocs beneficial to counseling teams will be covered as well.

Assessment Mapping/Import and Views
Limited Capacity filling up

One Test. Two Test. Red Test. Blue Test. This one has them up and down. This one has them to and fro. That company sent all my districts assessment data in a file that isn’t formatted the way I can easily import into Infinite Campus. I wish one of them would make this task a little easier. Introducing a new and improved Assessment Mapping and Import Wizard. This new assessment tool accepts additional data layout and improves how you map this data for your district. During this session we will also explain the roadmap to enhanced data visualizations, automated assessment imports, and Campus defined assessment mapping.

A District Perspective: Advanced Attendance & Scanning
Limited Capacity seats available

Infinite Campus' new Advanced Attendance and Scanning premium product can give district teachers, attendance offices, health offices, and counselor offices. Come see how the Kaukauna Area School District implemented this product in their middle school and high school. Students check in to the main office, health office, guidance, library and classrooms with a scan of their student ID. A hall pass scanner was created to track and reduce time out of the classroom. Detailed records are maintained in Infinite Campus, keeping a historical record that can offer insights into student behaviors and make attendance records more accurate while moving responsibility for attendance away from staff and onto the shoulders of students. We will share how we planned for and implemented this product and the impact that it made within the first month.
